New interview with Michigan senate candidate Abdul El Sayed
fukking refreshing to hear a politician that can answer questions. This is the difference between someone who is running to be a representative of his voters rather than corporate donors.
Being an AIPAC recipient is going to be more and more of a political liability as negative consensus around Israel's behavior grows. Israel's plan is to rush through the genocide and occupy that land immediately. If you weren't against this, your opponents will remind voters that you took money from the government that was doing that and spent tax money to support that genocide.
If he's successful in his race too, I expect to see more people feeling like they should take that chance.

Anything is possible at this point. The closer you are to the Washington bubble and away from voters, the less they're likely to vote for you. Democrats are basically where Republicans were in 2012. If history unfolds in the same way, 3 years from now, someone will come out of nowhere and start activating the base.
Establishment democrats are so focused on getting the attention of middle managers and CEOs and talking like them, that they don't realize that regular people fukking DESPISE those people. They never listen to staff feedback but pretend they actually care. We don't know who it will be, but they'll be fueled by the momentum of the movement that is being built and the establishment will do everything it can to stop them.
The good news is: the money doesn't make a difference. The Harris campaign had SIGNIFICANTLY more donations than Trump and they lost. Democrats can raise money but they're absolutely terrible at spending it intelligently because they don't actually care about governing. This is just a way to get paid for the ones in charge right now.

Agreed. When it comes to Michigan even though Haley will have AIPAC backing her I think it’ll be meaningless. I think it’ll come down to Mallory and Abdul. I just think when my economically anxious neighbors in Macomb see those two names on the ticket they’ll pick Mallory. But we will see.

Like everything involving @wire28, he tends to embellish, lie, or spread outright disinformation using Trumpian tactics. Let me provide context for both topics. We were discussing the genocide in Gaza, during which @Pressure stated he doesn’t care about the U.S. government funding foreign conflicts because he feels safe at home in the United States.
I pointed out that enabling genocides often leads to long-term blowback—such as revenge-driven terrorist attacks—that can affect innocent people, including one’s own family. So yes, shrugging off the fact that your tax dollars are funding a genocide is not only a morally bankrupt stance, but it also contributes to making this country less safe.
Now what reasonable explanation do you have for praying for @Outlaw to become a victim of chattel slavery in 2025?
