Everyone knows she's black because there is a large photo of her on every article or tweet about her.
We live in a racist country thay sadly pointing out she black actually hurts the argument against why its lawless. I think thats the point jain is trying to make. The vast majority of the voting age public doesn't get their news from traditional media sources. So despite the fact that 90% of them have never heard of Lisa Cooks, their social media engagement has led them to at least 1 picture of her.
Now if you want to argue that her racial identity is not something most of those people immediately connect to her attempted firing, that'd be a different conversation.

It's simple, Americans don't care who's committing the crimes - they care about the crimes themselves. Only conservatives care about who is actually committing the crimes for the purposes of painting a narrative.
It’s harder to make that case when she may have lied or at best fibbed on a mortgage application. Gotta be spotless for this angle to have a chance of working. Trump fired her precisely because she’s black AND she may have lied on an application.
