I'm saying when people are decrying purity politics or litmus tests they should articulate which values or principles they want to compromise on to win elections. Think people would have an easier time making a decision as to whether they agree or not if it was clear what was on the chopping block.

Mr. Casar has always seemed like a straight shooter. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind elaborating more. Maybe we need to check out his full exchange with Jenn Psaki. This does seem to be becoming a theme from presidential hopeful Andy Beshear to Congresswoman McBride to now Mr. Casar.
