No, I agree with you actually. But how do you stop this reality? It's a reality. I wish corporate donations stopped completely, and I would like to see a cap on what billionaires can put in a campaign, either directly or through shadow donations. Musk won Trump the presidency because he put $250 million into the campaign through dark money.Brother, that’s the problem

But the question is, how can we stop it? We can't at this moment in time. I'm just facing the reality of where we are. It sucks, but it exists. Donors are more important than anyone else. I hate it, but we need laws to stop it, and the courts do not appear to be on our side. So, let's face the reality.

Stop voting in their interests. They participate in civic engagement every day, while telling us to participate during election season. Voting is the end, not the only thing we need to do. That all starts with political education.

Yes, we need donors for operations and messaging and support and logistics. Thats obvious. No amount of $5 donations will fix that and we’re not gonna attract quality talent by declining successful people.
