My only contention was that Chapo had more juice than Cenk did. I don't think either were leaders of any kind of movement. I don't consider leader and influential to be synonyms. :whoa:
Just concede breh. Can’t name one person on Chapo and no one on Chapo is mixing it up with Tucker Carlson, AOC and Bernie.

Chapo only has 100k subscribers on YouTube. :camby:

Cenk uygkr was never seen as the leader of the online left, he's always been moderate with his views. The guy was spouting republican talking points until the late 2000s. He was a republican in college, that just happen to have some left leaning populist views. Ana Young Ana was more of a leftist than cenk
Everyone pretty much put up with Cenk because he was pretty cool on MSNBC. I remember he had a debate with Tucker Carlson like 10 years ago and he was so underwhelming. At the time I was wondering how bad Sam would have embarrassed him in comparison. He's always been iffy.

I was way more disappointed in Ana due to her being a pretty good fire brand and the Michael Brooks cosign.

But he did have TYT rocking at one point where they were trying to run a YouTube News show and an Investigative Journalism outfit like the Intercept. It didn't work out in the end.

And it's still so weird how we have Dave Rubin, Jimmy Dore, Half of Ana turn out how they have from that show :patrice:

Their show is a podcast. TYT has been on YouTube for what 20 years?

Is your argument is that Cenk was the leader because he was the most visible?

i don't know if this party is actually gonna come to a consensus on the '28 nominee. it could turn into a reckoning that tears the party apart :dead:

look at the behavior of some of these lunatics in here, on the far left. they're not gonna win a primary, and they're sure as hell not gonna accept a moderate Dem winning :mjlol:

meanwhile, if they somehow win the primary, that candidate will be perceived as such an extremist bozo, that swing voters will comfortably shift to vance. they probably go with someone like rosa delauro:mjlol:

When you have ideological views you don't stand a favorite talking heads, when you fo you end up defending indefensible positions like Joe biden funding a genocide
interesting. trump was more pro-israel than biden, gives them more money, and is now telling them to "finish the job" and evict the palestinians

all implied to explicit campaign promises. and he won the election :ehh:

It almost seems like you don't have a lot of confidence in the Dem establishments attempt to appeal to "reasonable Republicans that also have voted for Trump," as a path to victory.

Appealing to " reasonable republicans" (lmaoo) and wallstreet billionaires the winning strategy!
