Dems basically shut down the government in the hopes of getting a free unicorn for every American, and now i'm supposed to be all shocked and broken up because it didn't come to fruition? i could have told you on Day 1 that Republicans would tell you to eat a dikk in perpetuity. they would have NEVER caved to Dems in front of the entire country on this
I actually disagree, republicans was either about to fold or have to use the filibuster. Only reason dems folded is because the filibuster threat. it seems like a wash, tbh. i guess you can be angry about Dems "caving", but it shouldn't have happened in the first place, and they didn't "lose" future ACA subsidies that never existed in the first place
so now they get to go into December yelling and screaming that Republicans won't fund Obamacare, and we see how much money the Republicans are willing to cough up. and if it's not enough? there's their midterm issue, along with trump's failed trade war and weak economy
