Sometimes I think I'm not right in the head, I don't see how Talarico's comments could be perceived as racist towards black people. Colin Allred (if I'm remembering correctly) is a former NFL athlete and an attorney who won a seat in the US House. If you think that guy, who is elite physically and intellectually relative to the general public, is "mediocre", then you must think that the rest of the black population are basically super heroes.
Like, if someone called Obama mediocre, I would honestly take that as a compliment to the rest of black people. But again, maybe I'm just not right in the head

A much stripped down version of the IRA, without the childcare or homecare benefits, and with some carveouts to get Manchin's vote. Still a good bill, but not what BBB was originally envisioned to be.
Blue‑state Dems (and honestly, I’m sure red states are feeling it too) are going to have to pay attention to these rising energy costs. Data centers popping up at the local level, plus tariff wars, and actual wars have pushed up the price of natural gas, which means higher heating and electricity bills. I’m seeing a lot more people complaining about it lately.
Unfortunately, this just ends up making people stop voting. They get frustrated and eventually become apathetic

Jasmine Crockett went to law school and is an accomplished politician to some and to others on here she’s a “teeth sucking brunch bytch”
Kamala Harris went to law school, was a AG, senator and had millions of people vote for her for president and she’s all sorts of things her momma didn’t name her
Obama while not perfect and who I wish did more with the power he had is incredibly well accomplished and again we got people on here that call him all sorts of shyt

That appeals to a lot of Texans off rip. I like Jasmine but again whoever lied and told her she had a shot deserves a firm slap on the wrist. If she can pull it off salute but the Texas demographic picking her over that would be a shock.
