I think the left wing of the Democratic party, obviously, react poorly to positions they disagree with (among other things). But I think the rest of the party excluding the DNC-cheerleaders react poorly to being treated like they're idiots or candidates obviously hedging bets or trying to straddle the fence on issues which require moral clarity. Don't try to explain why taking corporate money or AIPAC money is good for me as a citizen.
