It wouldn't be a for profit industry which is why it would be significantly less expensive.The U.S. system is far more expensive than universal systems in other wealthy countries, while also americans receiving less services. For example the profit industry allows drug companies to charge exhorbant prices on pharmaceuticals which significantly increase the cost of Healthcare. If Americans had access to Healthcare before major issues such as stage 3 or 4 cancer, diabetes etc it would be significantly less expensive.

Obviously their are downsides such as short term cost possibly wait times but theirs a reason every normal 1st world country does universal care

It's not hard to see why he's popular, he has better politics than the 3rd way/searchlight, abundance/never Trumper/ pro zionist class, his views are closer to every day people. I don't agree with him on a lot of things but he's definitely way closer than my politics then for example John fettermans ex staff that runs political think tanks

He's anti us imperialism, he's for the redistribution of public goods to education infrastructure and other amenities

He's pro Medicare for all
He's anti zionism
Supports higher taxes on the wealthy
Hes against subsidies and defense spending
Pro labor rights.
Pro us public housing expansion

It's not surprising he would be popular and some shyt like let's go to war with the middle east or tax credit for Healthcare wouldn't be.

I don't think he's perfect for from it but everything he stands for polls well in his own base and beyond for a reason. Whereas 3rd way type shyt doesn't poll well
