Of course the last nominee will have some general role. But...it'll be minimal. Think about it like this. Who will be the primetime speakers during the DNC? Obviously the nominee will be the last night's nominee. Obama will certainly be a speaker. The vice president nom will be one too. Will Hillary be one? I seriously doubt it. Her time is over. She had her chance and fukked up. No one wants to hear from her, outside of bitter stans who will never admit she fukked up.
