Still need that "auto-inflate" tech :wow:

Simon Phoenix still one of my favorite characters of all-time.

The Postman with Kevin Costner and Larenz Tate was another movie somewhat surprisingly accurate:
Alt-right really tried that takeover.
When dude was shedding a tear after reading that excerpt from a self-help book "Seizing the Way to Win" like it was all deep.

Wife and I laugh at that Larenz Tate scene though, you know all them folks would've thrown Lincoln under the bus when he yelled back and ducked into the crowd :heh:.
I've never watched that movie. Now I feel like I'm gonna have to...

what if they were given the future? I think lot of writers and authors are given messages to put out to the public to condition us. So when shyt happens we can say oh thats like from so and so and then it becomes more normal to us. like how we are also desensitized to violence

You seem miserable. Go eat a snickers or something.

Not miserable, I just don't see how you missed the entire show's politics and how we're headed in that same direction today. fukk the technology, the politics is what made the movie a classic.

I only had so much time. I also freeball the shyt. I grab a bunch of gifs, edit them and do a voice over. It's all in fun my guy. Trying to do this for inspiration for a nostalgia podcast. When I do the actual DM episode I'll dive into the politics. For now I'm just kick starting my creativity, while learning a few editing skills.
