It’s interesting to watch how the establishment moves on this one.
There’s a huge amount of support for liberal policies and ideas as we have witness the rise of Zohran Mamdani, Michelle Wu, Omar Fateh, the reawakening of Bernie Sanders coalition and the emergence of liberal media/Streamers like Medias Touch, Hasanbi, Destiny and Sam Sedar.
The problem is that Hakeem Jeffries and Schumer are way too out of touch to tap into this because those guys I mentioned in my previous paragraph would actually want results instead of Trump is bad vote for me talks.
It’s just feels like it’s cooler to be a DSA member than it is to being a democrat.

Trump made similar promises and sold it to the American people with no tax on tips and over time and lowering taxes and lowering groceries and gas.

I mean the distaste and apathy towards them has been brewing for a long time. They think all they have to do is have a pulse and obviously people wouldn't choose the alternatives because its so dam bad. The problem with that is they fail to energize their base which is fukking them. Another thing is they have a bunch of former republicans and people that want to be republican_light which is why they keep doing these useless attempts at reaching out which gains them nothing and further de-energizes their base. I hope people do go out and vote though and push some candidates out there that can uproot these old fossils that don't want to fukking retire lol.

No. The economy has always been objectively better under Democrat leadership. Remind people use facts and figures and then compare it to what's going on now with tariffs essentially attacking the middle class and under in many ways.

No but clearly enough people did and the Democrats got away from kitchen table issues that they have built themselves on.
Dems have no plans to change, the agenda is the agenda. It is set. Black people needs and desires will never be actually addressed.

Dems left office with deficit. The Dems need to realize that they need to do right by blacks, but then again black women are headed and will vote blue cause of their political cowardice. Focus on working class solely and tax the rich as much you tax the regular folk. Curtail funding to Israel, pull back global imperialism and cut the budget for war, defense and weaponry. Invest all the allocated funds back to the American people via education, health/medical and build up HBCUs so we can educate our best and brightest and continue innovations. It's simple.
