Crazy thing that Kobe and Tim Duncan aint even FROM LeBron's era:heh: They are both past their primes (which is the 2000's era) but the league is so watered down in the 2010s that they are BY FAR STILL the best players at their positions.

Those late 80s/early 90s rosters featured nothing but HOFers IN THEIR PRIME:mynikka:

Alot of MJ era players really don't like or respect Lebron. The hell he do to them to keep thier hate so strong?

Today's game is so different compared to then so Lebron's game would of evolved differently. He could of ended up like Barkley :hula: or Danny Manning
Depends on how tough he would of been

Dominique Wilkins averaged 27.8 ppg, 7.1 rebs, 3.1 assists, 1.4 stls from 87-92 and was never a 1st Team All-NBAer and made the 2nd Team All-NBA only 3x during that time period (6 years)

on the other hand

Kevin Durant has averaged 26.6 ppg, 6.8 rebs, 3.1 assts, and 1.3 stls for his career (6 years) and is a 4x All-NBA 1st Teamer.

I guess it really does make a difference when you are battling the GOATS in their prime season in and season out:ohhh:

:what: You don't think that guys that are perennial All-NBA 1st and 2nd team in this era won't be HOFs? You are comparing players who completed their careers to guys who are barely half way through theirs. :aicmon:

The only thing that would save these teams from getting SWEPT by those late 80s/early 90s teams is the fact that Tim Duncan and Kobe Bryant (90s draft picks playing in their 3rd decade) are even on the team.

different eras
its like comparing hockey in the 80s when wayne gretzky and lemieux were putting up like 80 goals in a season, teams were scoring 5-6 gaols a game to now where guys cant even get 50 goals a game and teams score like 3-4

Well, look at the center position and laugh. Dwight 1st team :gag: Andrew on there :gag:

horford is a solid dude, nothing more. chandler :heh:

Forwards... Blake, David Lee :wtf: Lee is one of the worst defenders EVER. Blake's offensive game consists of dunks and lobs and more dunks.

Why no name 3rd team from those years as well? Would destroy your argument? No pro Terry Cummings argument from you? Durant, Melo, Wade, Paul and Parker are all in the Hall of Fame if they retire right now. Today. Thus its pretty much the same ratio of Hall of Fame talent. That era had better centers, this era has better everything else. Thanks.

:what:

Yes I agree that Jordan played in a tougher era (late 80's - mid 90's), however to say he would be average in any era is crazy to me. LB is a all-time great at this point, Top 5 all-time even if he never plays another game. I think people reacts to the "he's better than Jordan crowd" by going completely over the top opposite (like in this case).

I'd also would loved to see a in his prime Rodman guard LB. His defense was real in your face aggressive, not to mention I'd be interested to see how LB reacts to Rodman's mental games.

As far as is he better than Jordan, I can't even begin to process that thought. shyt I actually saw Jordan play!! It's easy for young nikkas to say LB is better bc they didn't watch the games, They didn't live thru to drama. Watching the last shot for the first time already knowing he hits it is mentally different from actually seeing it live. So yeah a young nikka can say LB is better bc to him that's the greatest he's actually seen. If you actually watched him play though you cant even start this till LB gets at least 4 rings.
