My sister has a Master's and doesn't use it, I took some grad school courses and was like fukk it, I hated rewriting someone else's work.
My brother graduated from DeVry and now makes over 100K....
A Master's is helpful in some areas, but really, its just an indicator that you're able to write research papers.

Not that it would matter if she was really a dentist since men rarely see value in a woman's profession.
