I live in Miami. Gay couples stay adopting black kids here. You walk around Wynwood, Midtown, Brickell, the Grove etc and stay seeing them push their kids around

I didn't even pay attention to that part. bruh been a dentist for only 4 years. So he probably hasn't had time to go back for a specialty.
