It's a cool workout album but it doesn't have much substance. His track off that new flying lotus is better than anything on this album. Denzel is at his best over grimy boom bap beats.

Makes sense learning this after hearing it. Was playing it yesterday and I kept feel like it was super dumbed down lyric and content wise for him. Also sounded like he was repeating himself on different songs. Will give it another spin, but doubt this will get much play from me.
