It’s a little of both. She wasn’t going to just get a bag. But had she have had a real answer, he might have been able to point her in the right direction or give a piece of advice.
He wasn't trying to hook her up with anything but perspective. There's no way you move to California just to take pics of actors shopping to sell to some magazines. That was a subtly etherous line that some of y'all missed.
