The new hit show “Empire” on Fox is pulling in amazing ratings and getting a lot of attention.

And although he hasn’t done TV acting in 30 years, Lee Daniels wants to try and recruit Denzel Washington to appear on the show.

“Denzel hasn’t done television in 30 years. But he saw the pilot and said, ‘I’ve got to be a part of this.” said Daniels. Denzel won’t be the only super star to make a guest appearance. Guest appearances will include Cuba Gooding, Jr, Lenny Kravitz, Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, Naomi Campbell, Raven Symone, Patti LaBelle, Courtney Love, and Foxy Brown.
