Very few cops are shot/killed in the line of duty. You will literally hear every single story of a cop being shot. Across the whole nation. Some podunk small town cop in S Dakota getting shot will make the news in LA, DC, NY and Chicago. More cops are killed by friendly fire or self inflicted wounds every year than cops shot in the line of duty. More cops are killed by negligence than cops killed on duty very year. Like the two dumbass cops here in Chicago that got hit by a train running after a guy who was already caught by the time they got hit. More cashiers are killed on the job than cops are. You wanna be a cop sympathizer, go ahead. Your choice. But you ain’t gonna win this with me chief.
