Yeah I think I probably would have liked it better if he had gotten away...but they would've had to give us another one...The King Kong speech would've meant more in part 2 when Alonzo was even more of heel.

If Alonzo Harris lived, Denzel would be bothered for years and years about a sequel. People loved seeing Denzel as a bad guy, it was fun to watch.

That's what impressed me the most about the film, seeing as a evil/bad dirtbag nikka. And he made that shyt so believable too. He definitely deserved the award for his performance (X should have gotten him one as well).

Marlo lived and got away and he was more villainous than those two and one of the biggest villains on the show. Plus, Omar wasn't even really a villain. If anything, he was an anti-hero. He was stealing from the rich and giving to the poor and didn't really mess with kids.

Why do white ppl exaggerate the conclusion to Vic mackie's story? "He's an adrenaline junkie so being made to sit at the desk is a sentence worse than death" "his desk has become his prison" "when we leave him at the office (in the last shot) that's his own personal hell" on what fukin planet? it's like that's the bullshyt fans of the show need to believe just so he seems like this big tragic figure in tv history.

Fact is he wasn't he was scum and got away with just about every deplorable thing he did. Take solace in the fact that Shawn ryan was too much of a chicken shyt and essentially had the main character skate for 7 seasons worth of crimes
