So Ironic that you used this gif. Cause that was the example I used to why Tyson couldn't win against the all time greats

Does Mike Tyson vs James Tillis fight prove he had no chance against Muhammad Ali?

That one gif doesn't even tell the whole story of that fight. Tillis went the distance with Tyson with his reach, jabbing, and movement. And he was an ok fighter. Deontay Wilder as an amazing reach, he has a great jab, and can load up on the 1-2 punch with his great right hand following his left jab

There's a reason he lost to Buster Douglas. His size and reach proved to much for Tyson. Wilder has both of them, in addition to his dangerous right hand
Mike lost to Douglas because he went on a well documented coke binge and barely trained...He spent more time with Japanese whores than he did sparring...He resembled nothing of the Tyson trained by Cus Damato and Kevin Rooney...His corner in that fight was the absolute WOAT but I'm not going to get into that fight right now...

Tillis was an OK fighter just like Wilder is just an OK fighter, racking up KO's against stiff fat cans doesn't make you great...

The guys like Tillis that faired best against Tyson didn't do so because of their size...They did it by standing their ground, had a solid chin and could fight on the inside...Tillis was pinned numerous times on the ropes in that fight and escaped unscathed...That's another thing Tillis has that Wilder doesn't, good foot speed and a bounce in his step...

Everything I'm saying about Wilder I been saying about Wlad before Sanders dropped him...

Robotic, slow, no inside game and a suspect chin can never beat a power puncher like Tyson...

Wilder hasn't fought his Sanders yet...

he's a athlete & he got the od reach advantage

he's talking greasy but he isn't wrong really

it would be better if he left the past greats names out his convo though

Deontay love the nikka and his bravado but his technique is wayy too sloppy to be compared among the greats. He got a right hand..ok that’s cool. He’s just clowning himself even putting himself among Ali.

Let me see you unify the titles first before u start spewing this kind of blasphemy. But we know that won’t happen...AJ is gonna pick this dude apart.

I wouldn't call Wilder technique sloppy, yes he's not technical but his biggest issue is everything he does is telegraphed and robotic...

Son be charging up the right hand as if he about to hit a nikka with a haduken...That works fantastic against fat slow nikkas that move in a straight line and never move their heads but he'd get eaten up against a skilled fighter the same way Joe Louis did against Max Schmeling...

Joe got lazy with his bum of the month club and his jab was slipping...Max picked up on it and had the skills to exploit it successfully...

Wilder footwork is also basura, flat footed and moves robotically a lot like Wlad did...That's never been a good combination against speed...

Thats why I say with confidence Ali would of given Wilder that Cleveland Williams work...

Strongly disagree with this...

I honestly see prime focused Rooney coached Tyson KOing Wilder within 7 rounds...

Yall dismissing the fact that Cus/Rooney specifically trained Mike to do one thing, beat Larry Holmes long jab...

This wasn't for show

GenerousCoolAmericanlobster.gif

All that bobbing and weaving was specifically meant for beating the jab and getting inside the bigger man with leverage shifting his weight into a power shots he's going to unload...

Unlike Larry, Wilder is very robotic, has no inside game whatsoever and a suspect chin...

Mike gets inside on this guy easy and I know Wilder can't handle an uppercut like this...

You have to be able to stand in there and whether the storm against Mike...Those who were able to do that were successful...Wilder IMO does not have the skillset to do that...Stiverne fat stiff sloppy ass gave Wilder trouble on the inside in their first fight...Even rocked him...

Prime Tyson weave game was poetic
