-cold showers : scientific proof that it sets off hormones in your body that basically cause a “reset”. If you feel like shyt and take a quick cold shower, you’ll feel like you have an empty slate mentally

-make your bed every morning

-try to stay away porn. You need to get your nut off but try to keep it to actual sex or masturbating without porn videos

Feels like every time I do something progressive thoughts of failures and embarrassment set me back. To the point I dont appreciate success. I dont fear success...success brings me pain. So I chill but I know I can do better, leading to depression.
