Noah being out is a factor, but Thibs continuously running the same lineups out there that aren't working is the biggest issue. .
I can't be too hard on Thibs for that, MDJ, Noah and McDermott have been out and the depth is thin after them: Snell hasn't been performing and Nazr is nearly 40 years old. Every player in the five/six man rotation has being inconsistent this season and he'll always play lineups based on his mantra which has yield success in his career. The problem lies in Noah not being healthy and teams are simply better this season, those playoff-intensity laden performances aren't gonna be as successful as they once were in the regular season.
It'll be his downfall. If the Bulls don't make it to the ECFs with this roster, Thibs can go
No excuses, if all his guys are there, and he can't get out of the first 2 rounds, fukk em.
Thibs can go?
Who yall gonna replace him with? What coach is out there that could have this team in the ECF this season?
You need to take a step back and breathe with these overreactions, yes his lineups/rotations aren't the greatest but aside from giving Bairstow minutes (which isn't gonna dramatically change the outcome of games), he doesn't have much else to work with. The blame falls with the FO, and the inevitable nature of turning water from wine with the rosters Thibs has had since he's been in charge is now being diluted when arguably the team's most important player isn't there to guide and give the team its identity.
