she essentially asked my kids if it was OK to come thru. and didn't ask me directly. I reached out out to her to tell her if she trying to come by, to ask me and not send messages thru them. then when she gets here on christmas, she in my current lady face most of the time and acts like she don't wanna leave.

that's rude as hell and kinda cowardly on her behalf. I had a similar issue this past thanksgiving, when my biracial half sister's mother appeared (white, drunk redneck, who had said things not to me but my father and it blows my mind why he stuck with her.) I wasn't notified and it was just awkard and I stayed longer to not appear to be rude.
