More like Penny Hardaway/ Grant Hill. Brandon Roy genetically was fukked from jump and can't play anymore. Where as Rose will be like Hardaway and Hill. His impact will decline but he'll hobble around the league for the next 10 seasons collecting checks and then call it quits so he can go to his sons graduation.
