I don't think you've watched Drose before. As good of a player he is he's never really had a smooth and crisp handle when it comes to putting together multiple dribble moves. He had a noticeable fumble in his handles and from the looks of the video he's not fumbling around with the ball and his handles look more fluid.

He looks fine to me and I don't think the knee will hold him back at all from balling. They say it takes about a year to be 100 percent again. And it will be closer to two years since he has played once the season starts so he'll be good.
