It's a pipe dream. Florida's weather and this bad boy is like 39 miles of land. It would take 15 years and hundreds of billions to even come close to sniffing that.

If it was just some roller coasters and 2 hotels or something I could see it, but no way with how big the operation is, how much money they’ve spent there over the last 50 years and the fact that they’d be reporting L’s to shareholders for decades.
