There is no way to spin direct words from or quotes attributed to Hitler as pro-black, pro-BLM, or pro-civil rights, none whatsoever. Adolf Hitler's creed was the complete and total annihilation of every soul on earth that wasn't his idealized view of the stereotypical white Aryan male. And he murdered millions, black people included, in pursuit of that heinous worldview. To unironically quote or attribute sayings to him is to support nothing but the most violent form of white supremacy, not black rights.
