I think alot of these athletes are jumping the gun.....

Jay-z's agency negotiating skills must come into question....guys like Drew are agents whom have a rep and relationships which come in handy during negotiating.

thier might be some ill minded pre-concieved perception of atheltes tied into Jay-z which might hurt the athletes in the long run themselves..which concerns me

don't get me wrong....I would love to see more BLACK SPORT AGENTS in the game..it is WELL NEEDED.....

but just because somebody is a succesful Music Mogul , i don't think neccesarrily validates them as being just as adept in sports entertainment world.

Jay-Z is rolling with qualified agents. It was clearly mentioned that he would be used as a drawcard and it seems to be working. He knows most of these dudes personally and business is all about relationships and dealing with people that you trust and also people that understand you. Most cacs aren't successful businessmen because they are smart and went to college, it boils down to the relationships they or their circle have.

Every time an article comes out about an athlete joining Roc Nation Sports, the haters come out. Y'all act like being an agent takes a lot of knowledge like being a doctor or lawyer. There has been successful agents that was doing it while they were still in school.
