ACL or no ACL tear, the Texans need to sit Watson out for the year. My biggest fear is BOB will make him comeback for a playoff push. O'Brien and McNair give me the vibe as executives that would rush players back to the field when they aren't ready.

you cant rush this the recovery time is at least 8 months. He probably wont even be able to run until sometime next spring.

Although his offense was a bit similar to RG3...Deshaun was playing far better than RG3 his rookie season. RG3 was great, but this dude was throwing dimes down the field. RG3 only threw 21 TDs on the season. Deshaun had 21 TDs TOTAL in 6 and a half GAMES.

Watson like Dak wasn't going to be just a one year wonder.

I don't think Watson will be a one year wonder but 2 ACL tears are devastating. Especially for a guy whose mobility is a huge factor to his game.

Watson will be back but he'll probably never be what most people thought he would be after this hot start to his rookie career.

Like I said before the draft, he'll be another Teddy Bridgewater. He might have an okay career but it won't be that great.

This is his 2nd ACL tear. Don't know if its the same knee but he tore his ACL as a freshmen in college.
