Desiigner appeared to be special needs from the jump. Now, seeing a man chasing after him while he pulls his pants down in public just makes it crystal clear.
In some ways I am happy for him that he has gotten this far. He needs support for all that though. Get him out of NYC, they love locking rappers up out here.
