Last time I played this for real was the forsaken expansion. Loved the game but I fell too far behind with the expansions. I’ve been itching to get back in though.

The payoff was cool. Having people chill in the tower for an hour and a half was crazy, though. I was doing other stuff around the house while I was waiting, so it wasn't a huge deal. But to tell people they need to be in the tower for reset, and then finally pay it off an hour and a half later is kind've asking for a lot when so much of the player base isn't happy right now.

What do you want them to do? It's a ton of satellites firing at a gigantic ship. This is how it would look
They could have done the usual nothing, then boom, there's new shyt with little to no explanation on Tuesday,

Not take nearly 2 hours for it

They could've had the majority of this stuff building up before the 10am event specifically. Simple solution to spare themselves a ton of heat.

HIgh impact pulse rifles will be the new meta in season of the arrival
1. Eystein-d kinetic/gunsmith can be full auto
2. Premonition energy/moon

high impact pulses will likely never be top tier again, even with a damage buff/forgiveness

the game is just too fast and mobile for them or any pulse rifle to hang imo

ive been doing decent with the vigilance wing, it would beat out a top tier auto rife, an accurate hand cannon, or a sidearm close up, but it can do some damage,

when i get home, ill grind for a full auto Eystein-d and see
