that shyt have yo skin burning like shyt....you get hot and cold flashes...but it work though

but you gotta use that kind that like you said

Yup creatine is the key.

Understand you cannot detox your body quickly like you're thinking. What you wanna do is dilute. But diluting is easy to catch because your creatine levels will be low. That's why you need extra creatine.

B2 will make your pee yellow again but isn't necessary.

$40 drinks are a ripoff because all they do is dilute and give you extra creatine deposits. You're masking your test, not detoxing.

I would load up early though. Creatine takes a little while to break down.

I mean that the advanced tests will screen for high levels of niacin, creatine and other substances known to skew amounts of cannabinoids in your body. if you have to re-test, or if your test has abnormal findings because of these substances, that's as bad as a fail usually and they no longer just test for one thing in your urine stream. Dilution and irregularities are just as important for them to detect.
