Think I have all those but that Sly Piper Underdog track. Is It the same as Nate Dogg's?
EDIT - Yeah track 15 is Nate Dogg not Sly Piper.
Dr Dre must have records in the vault with everyone in the industry. I saw a Too $hort interview the other day where he said the best verse he ever spit was on Detox
Dre did a session with Dipset like 10 years ago and of course the music never came out
Dre has been pictured in the studio with Kanye, Cole, Cordae, Nelly and others throughout the years and nothing ever gets released
But then he goes and releases the Compton album smhI just don’t get it
Dre’s ear is cursed for looking for the “perfect” song. I remember Bishop Lamont said that Dre’s favorite record on “2001” is “Lightspeed” and he low key hates the rest of the album cause he still feels things need to be tweaked.
EVERYBODY says that Dre creates the BEST music ever created. But he just goesand puts it in the vault.
Hell I remember a few years ago I talked to this engineer that worked with Dre and he said that Dre worked on a record that features Hov and an unreleased Aaliyah vocals and it was the “most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard”
And Dre just puts it in the vault
Damn shame![]()

There’s a TI record produced by Dre which samples Aaliyah. Maybe that’s what he was referring to unless Hov recorded to it originallyI just don’t get it

Love to everybody that contributed to this thread as DETOX is the ultimate hip hop mythical album
Having said that... OP delivered in the exact same way Dr.Dre did he/she followed that to a T
I've Zipped what I have, various bitrates all UNTAGGED.
Fairly sure not all of these were intended for Detox but...
If anyone has a better quality version of any of these tracks please share!
