Regarding the topic of Freedom Fighters.

In order to be a freedom fighter you only need two checkboxes:
A) Be for your freedom(s)
B) Be actively fighting

Most of the people you guys call freedom fighters are not. They are freedom activists. Not only do they never fight, they try and stop others from fighting and attempt to shame or denounce the ones who do.

Antonio French is not a freedom fighter.
Jesse Jackson is not a freedom fighter.
Freedom Fighters dont go on liberal podcasts and round table debates

There are lots of people in leadership roles and making stides toward things... and they are neccessary, but don't ever lose sight of what a fight actually is.
If you start to believe that holding up a sign is fighting you will quickly go from your new age idea of a 'freedom fighter' (that never fights) and become the new age version of a 'hero' ...which is just code for a dead person.

Didn't see anyone in this thread saying that, but Zimmerman and NYPD supporters DO say they deserved what they got and our justice system agrees with those supporters. my personal opinion is irrelevant as Zimmerman is free as well as the cop who murdered Eric Garner.

And that's good enough for you? This apathy thing isn't gonna get much done in changing those structures in the justice system that disproportionately affect us.

And the logic plays out that way. If drug use is excuse enough to justify death, a lot of the guys around here excusing this dude would also support Zimmerman and Wilson. You've gotta be some kinda screwed up brother or sister to think that way.

I'm not apathetic about this at all, I live in reality, I understand who's lives matter in this country and who's lives don't, and there's not a single person in this thread who would support Zimmerman or Wilson, if you disagree, @ them and ask them right here in this thread.
