People are entitled to their opinions no doubt but I learned from a young age to not really spit an opinion if I didn't have the facts or foundation. Juan got more time cause of what they caught him with. They just observed moe in action. They took about 18,000 off of him and couldn't really get him them. First of all if he was actually talking on the phones, doing the transactions using his everyday vehicle and doing deals in hotel rooms that he paid for using his own credit card he was moving like a fool.

That aside, that warrant is suspect. If they pulled that person over after a transaction they suspected them to have bought drugs and find no drugs how then can they have probable cause that the other person was dealing? Also, they reference conversations that are supposedly about drugs but provide no quotes to substantiate their assertion.
