2011, he played bad. 2017 they had no business even being in the playoffs and Stafford played OK with a bad roster.

He wasnt trash against the Cowboys at all though, he played pretty well. You can't look only at the td and int as the whole story. They moved the ball well that game and Megatron was washed by then btw. Lions got fukked badly that game by refs too, it wasnt just one bad important call or anything, it was a lot of calls that added up.

If the Lions had Caldwell with their good 09-14 roster for more than 1 yr, rather than Schwartz, they'd have a playoff win or rwo.

Yes they have with all time defenses and talent. Matthew with a defense couldnt even beat an absent rodgers packers team and then got schooled by a one legged Rodgers.

Matthews is now older and moving to a new team. He isnt gonna magically turn into a great QB who can get u over that SB hump

Patriots (have the cap space, but no weapons)
Colts (cap space, team ready to win now)
Broncos (fits the type Elway seems to love)
Raiders (seems like a QB Gruden would drool over getting)
49ers (ready to win now, could trade Jimmy G)
WFT (need to find a way to move Alex Smith or have him retire)
Giants (might not have the cap space)
Bears (Lions won't trade him in-division)
Saints (no cap space available)
Panthers (probably draft a young QB and let Teddy be a bridge)
Rams (Goff's contract, not enough draft assets)
Jets (most draft assets to make a deal)

They were getting fukked by penalties in that 2nd half though. And passing for a TD isnt really a better mark of a QB than driving to the 5 or closer to run it in. That Dallas loss was not on Stafford.
