DC CHARGING IS MUCH FASTER. DC CHARGING IS ALSO NOT GOOD FOR THE BATTERY OVER EXTENDED PERIODS.

ON A ROAD TRIP, YOU WILL BE DC CHARGING. YOU WILL GET ABOUT 270ISH MILES OR SO OF CHARGING IN 45-50 MINS IIRC. SO EVERY 3.5-4 HRS YOU WILL CHARGE FOR AN HOUR. IT ADDS AN HOUR TO A 8.5 HOUR ROAD TRIP.

Gas stations will grow and expand to cater to electric road trippers. Instead of having 40 miles between gas stations that are basically just pumps and convenice items. it will be more like the full truck stops, with restaurants and shopping. I seen some with mini casino's in them outside of new orleans

no, the battery technology will be amazing by then.

hope so. stopping at a gas station takes 10 minutes and that's including going in to buy food and use the restroom. Adding an extra hour to roadtrip or even if you're just out and about in the city and have to recharge somewhere is going to be like a whole new part of life.

Ford did a great job for it to be their first offering
I got the Premium AWD Extended Range, about 270 miles full charge
I get looks and compliments every time I go out because of that Mustang logo, genius move by Ford calling it a Mustang

for example, i could factor in an hour at dave and busters into a road no problem. Since charging stations don't need giant fuel tanks installed underground, Any business with a large enough parking lot can offer free charging if they want people to chill there for an hour while they wait,
