Climate change causes refugees. And those refugees will go to great length to find stability and opportunity. So, if you don't think that North Africa could end up with these people, you'd be wrong. If you don't think that 1000s of refugees in North Africa will negatively affect Sub-Saharan Africa, you're wrong.
