So what happens if your income increases between when you apply and get selected? Do you get disqualified? Or what if you get selected and start living and then in a year your income increases, do you have to move out or how does that work?

Because right now I have a regular full-time job and a side job where I work once or twice a week. With a second part-time job I'm not sure how much my total income will come out, so I'm wondering if this also can cause issues.

When you get selected they ask for several documents like pay stubs and taxes.

I always wonder why poor people in NYC try to hang in there. All the richest people from the planet want to be there and the cost of living reflects that.

A warehouse job can afford you a place to live in VA or TN somewhere.

I don't know what kinda job in NYC affords you a place to live, but the rents in NYC are higher than my total monthly income. Like 2x or 3x. Yes I am a broke boi, but in NC it's fine. Even saving guap every month.
