Not really. I have hinged much of my life coaching toward males using stoicism as the platform.

It's not as simple as "not giving a fukk", it's more of an absolute stickler for the very important things to actually give a fukk about. More specifically, tenents that don't require emotionalism, just an unyielding study, introspection, and adherence to. A code.

Without a code you are subject to persuasion, corruption, and living as someone's tool....is the premise. Like c00ns, they are opposites of stoic in every way.

because in the context of american culture where we push senior citizens onto the streets to fend for themselves, don't see the or adhere to the problems male and female victims of sexual abuse face on a day to day basis, on top of the rising suicide rates

Why do people think stoicism means being guarded or emotionless.

It’s temperance and basically only worrying about what you can control.
