Like ok the big money guys that probably won’t leave the E cuz they making the big Money. Maybe not as many options for them.... though I do feel like a few companies would ante up and break them off if it came down to it.

But outside of them 9-14 guys out of all 400 wrestlers between their 5 different brands.

There are lots of options and not to mention so many ways they can flex it.

I think the best deals right now are the ones where you can work for 2 or more companies. Cuz they making great money between 2 companies and probably still working a smaller schedule then what they killing themselves for in the E.

Also they doing pretty good for their own personal brand, so it comes out a WIN WIN WIN.

I get you and don’t really disagree but once again it’s all about the context of what I was saying. My original comment was talking about those big names (1-8 guys using your example) that would actually make a difference skipping Mania last minute. There’s no alternative (ala WCW when it was major) that they could dip out to and still make bank.

I legit don’t know many of the guys today but if whomever is at the level that Angle, Jericho, Kane etc. was in 98-2003 gave Vince the right before Mania over pay it would be the biggest news in wrestling in the last few years whereas those minor guys (9-14 or lower) who may not even make the card doing the same thing wouldn’t cause as many waves.

Just like amazon they been eating during this pandemic
They just got a huge bag from NBC to move over to peacock all these quarter reports talking about there turning huge profits and saving money not having to book all these different arena and they can’t give there talent and workers a raise. It be one thing if they where struggling with money but all intents and purposes there not. But this is how the rich stay rich getting over on there worker just like that on a regular basis.
