Devin been the same since day one, only thing change was the budget,
Waiting to Inhale and To The Xtreme i think was the best albums production wise (especially WTI). Always felt like Almighty Dollar could could have made some noise with a good video when videos mattered...yup he used to be one of my favorite artists
