On a rewatch he was trying on the suit for the gala right in front of Wallace's NY ripper bulleting board. And there was a news paper clipping that said NY ripper right by his head, they are basically showing us or trying to play us into thinking he is.

But my two suspects are Detective Olivia and Sam.

But psychopaths serial killers don't stop killing allegedly by Detective Claudette Wallace's speech at Harrison's college tour.

So what can cull his killing rage while canvasing bodies at a murder scene?

my only question would be how old are Sam and the detective guy? they said the new ripper's been crimes span decades. since Prater was kid.

Sam for sure would be too young if that's the case, unless he's not the original ripper, just a protege.

No.... Prater said where I was as a kid...not from his childhood timeline...the area Ripper killed was where he was a child at...

My only issue with it being Detective Olivia is him stop killing.

But then again Dexter hadn't killed in awhile after the death of Deb so idk
