Games are almost never locked at 30 or 60. All this advanced scrutiny is just fauder for fanboy wars. In reality the only thing the matters is that the games are fun.

I guess I'm the only person in the world who can barely tell the difference between 60 FPS and 30 FPS unless you put them side to side.

at how slow controllers turn when people try and shoot when people move to the side of them at how bad the average console player is, look at them standing around while someone kills like 5 of them, even with a loud ass grenade launcher, from behind them and it takes like 25 seconds to kill 5 of them too cause hes taking his time
