The cop appeared to be in the wrong. He was off duty. He tailgated the suspects in his personal vehicle , rammed their car off the road, then open fire on them boys. The cameras caught the entire incident.

Either if it was a white, black, Asian, etc cop, he would've gotten arrested for this. Dude prolly broke all Department policies for being off duty and responding to a incident. Dude prolly didn't even acknowledge he was a officer. This is damn near capital murder at this point.
