And some of you that are hating probably eat eggs and sausage alongside your pancakes covered with syrup anyways.
:mjlol:
Whats the difference?
I was thinking the same thing. If only people actually used the serving sizes on nutrition labels . . .

The serving size for one person eating pancakes is like one CD/DVD.

Not really, the sugar/insulin spike damage is likely done already.

Walking stops the insulin spike. You can actually reverse type 2 by going keto/fasting. Add in cardio which burns carbs and it's nothing you gotta really worry about.

If you can't handle a couple honey buns are you really considered healthy?

I do keto and fasting. That sudden rush of sugar is not healthy. You would have to eat that, and immediately go hoop or walk or run or whatever, and we know damn well 90% of people are eating that and crashing. Hard spikes are bad for you, period.

1 Honey Bun = 450 calories*
2 eggs - 150 calories*
2 sausage patties = 400 calories*
butter = 90 calories*

1,090.00 calorie breakfast sandwich:mjgrin:

Not an issue if this is eaten rarely.
