Don't get me wrong, I copped two outfits but I love mixing and matching cosmetics so it's a no brainer for me.
But for folks who just want to pay for the box and nothing else, there are plenty of skins to go around. Any new equipment will be added to the game for free when seasons begin dropping.

All the equipment skins I grabbed on my Rogue appear on my other characters too.

Blizzard doesn’t understand micro transactions/battle passes. Its supposed to be a lot of $1-5 items that add up from many buying. Its no longer a micro transaction if 1 cosmetic item cost more than the average persons lunch and commute to work
