They do have the easiest schedule.. If u compare them (best record last year +chip) to who they are facing.. A bunch of sub .600 teams... They have the biggest gap in term of talent..
I am not knocking gsw.. Just saying ur wrong... A healthy cavs would have an even easier schedule...
NBA is hyping for a top seed finals...ratings through the roof.but the second half theys both face high play off bound teams a lot...
You be saying some nonsense lately my breh.
They do NOT have the easiest schedule - considering no reigning championship squad can have the easiest run as they've got a target on their backs and will get the best efforts from 90% of teams on a nightly basis. If there's the pattern of a win-streak (as there is with this squad), it'll only make teams more and more determined to knock them off. Look, you wouldn't be saying this dumb shyt if I asked you to judge the strength of their schedule prior to this season -
Pelicans (a playoff team, who many thought would be competing for a top 4 spot this season with the addition of Gentry and Davis growing into a superstar)
Rockets (a WCF team, who many thought would be competing for a top 4 spot again with a stronger squad)
Pelicans (see above)
Grizzlies (a playoff team, who many thought would be in the playoff mix again)
Clippers (a playoff team, who many thought would be competing for a top 4 spot, and who some thought could've beaten the Warriors last postseason)
That's FIVE straight games to start the season off against Western conference playoff-caliber competition. That shyt is NOT easy. Is it the Warriors fault the Pelicans had injuries and lack of cohesion to start the season? Is it the Warriors fault the Rockets fell off a cliff on the defensive end to start the season? Is it the Warriors fault the Grizzlies play hit a wall to start the season? Is it the Warriors fault the Clippers couldn't close out the game, after leading heading into the 4th quarter?
