it's funny because even if she didn't actually say ni**er (which I highly doubt) people who you can clearly not hear saying a derogatory slur (mainly male streamers) would get banned instantly, with no question until further look by people other than their own staff.

5. Ice Poseidon got popular on Twitch by playing songs with the n word randomly being edited in. No context or anything. It was a "meme" on his channel to randomly say the n word or have it come up. It's how that even became a thing to get people purposely banned on Twitch.

The cognitive dissonance is crazy. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt because a speaking/audio mistake is possible and I don't think she's had any controversies like this before but these explanations are weak af.
